Called this company because they work on kia that not many companies can work on them now that there is not a certified kia center in the area. They were very helpful and gave me constant updates and patient with me. Other than the delivery of the engine they were prompt with the work. Thanks to them we got the telluride back and in great shape. Awsome place.

When our suburban wouldn't shift out of park and we were stuck at the library, I called in to schedule an appointment to drop off our vehicle. While on the phone with Courtney, I realized we wouldn't be able to tow it to the shop with the vehicle stuck in park. She offered to meet us at the library after hours to help us out. It was a super easy fix, just a small plastic piece that was falling apart that helps the shifter gear. With her quick thinking and kindness we were able to drive home 10 minutes later. I was impressed with her willingness to go above and beyond to help a total stranger! I will definitely be taking any of my future business to My Auto Doctor. Courtney is an amazing person, thank you for your help!!

We were driving through Odessa to get home in Tucson. Our car broke down. We found My Auto Doctor on google. Everyone was great! John helped us get our out of state part quickly! The owner Jeremy got us fixed and back on the road fast! They even fed us a great lunch! The waiting room and bathroom were clean and comfortable! And the shop was top of the line clean! Was expecting my repairs to take at least until next week, but got my car back later the same day. No surprise charges, everything is running great again. These guys really helped me out of a jam. I threw a rod in my engine on a long road trip towing a boat, in the middle of the desert and had my Isuzu towed here. They diagnosed the truck (needed a new engine) and let me come back in a week or so to tow the truck and engine back home to Dallas. They gave me a fair price for the diagnosis, were friendly and accommodating, and did not charge me extra for the storage. A+ customer service!! UPDATE: Ended up selling the truck to a member of my owners group, and purchased another Vehicross. Always check oil levels on long road trips, even if it doesn't burn oil during city driving! Thanks again guys.

These guys made a very bad experience into the best it could be. I was out there this weekend and delivered a travel trailer to my son. I live in Fort Worth and when I started home my Ford F250 threw a engine code and went into limp mode. I dont need to tell you how much it cost to work on a diesel, and to boot I was in Odessa for the first time ever. Called and they got me in the very next morning. Quoted me a price after running all kinds of test. Got me back on the road and ended up cheaper than the original quote. I also had no way of going anywhere so I spent almost 6 hrs with the owner and ship manager. Good people, great service. So good I'm considering driving the 5 hrs back so they can do some upgrades to my truck. Could not of asked for a better outcome to a very stressful situation. And by the way truck ran excellent on the trip home and even got better fuel mileage. Thanks guy's

These guys are great. Very polite and honest about what's wrong with your vehicle. They won't replace parts that don't need to be replaced. I came to them after some bad experiences with firestone. There wasn't much they could do for my AC without replacing the whole thing but they recharged it for me anyway and didn't charge for the Freon. I absolutely recommend this business.

They replaced an alternator in our car. Unfortunately, no one knew the part was bad and the car was left in a parking lot. Charging system failure broken down, We called for help with repairs Premium Auto got our car in and repairs were turn key. Fast and honest, they could have charged me to replace the belt but saw we didn't need the extra cost. Highly recommended. 5 stars

I had a coolant leak. Asked could they get to it today the mechanic told me he would look at it and see. I needed a new hose was there about 1 hr and done . The mechanic was very nice to fit me in when they had plenty of other cars to work on . So I was very appreciative. So now I have heat again.

Called them over Labor Day weekend when the water pump went out on our '09 Ford Flex. They got it in, did the very tricky repair in a timely manner and charged 1/3 of what the Ford dealership wanted to charge! We highly recommend them for all you auto repairs and maintenance!

First experience with Premium Auto. Excellent timely service replacing the ignition cylinder. I will definitely be back for additional work on my '92 pickup. The only reason for 4 stars, they kept the ignition key which in my case also opens the truck door. I called, drove back and was greeted at the door with an apology.

Your Review Woke up to find my alternator not working. Seeing that I am from out of town they came in on a Saturday (day off) to get it changed out for me. I will highly recommend them to anyone. Price was great did not charge an arm and leg to get it done. Sorry guys that it was such a pain to get done. These guys are awesome me and my family are safe at home because of them.

Struggled all around town looking for someone to help me with my car. I showed up their shop and was welcomed with some great customer service. They close at 5:00 but took my car in anyway at five to look at it. Your average place would give you some crap excuse how you gotta come back in the morning. Reasonable price with a staff that beats most places in regards to honesty and service. Five stars for sure. I'll be back for sure!

Awesome business!!! I knew nothing about this place but I called anyway about my A/C not working right on my BMW. The owner told me to bring it by so he could order parts and have it fixed the next day. He put it on a machine and it turns out it was just over charged and took care of it that night. He could have come up with a story saying my car needed this and that but he didn't. I appreciate honesty more then anything. The owner and staff are all very nice and they know what they anything re doing. I will bring my car here from now on whenever it needs something and would highly recommend it to anyone else who needs their vehicle worked on. And their rates are lower then other auto repair shops. I gladly give this place 5 stars!!!!
