After dealing with a dealership that diagnosed the problem but still hadn't contacted the warranty company after more than a week—even after the warranty company went out of their way to call the dealership themselves—I finally took my truck to My Auto Doctor. The difference in customer service was immediate. Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and easy to deal with. I couldn't even get the dealership to answer the phone, but Jeremy answered every single time I called. I wasn't trying to constantly bother him because I understand mechanics are busy and have other vehicles to work on, but he never made me feel like I was annoying him. He made me feel like an actual customer instead of just another paycheck. They handled the issue, communicated with me, and treated me right. My Auto Doctor earned my future business based on the customer service alone, and I'll definitely be bringing my vehicles to Jeremy from now on. Highly recommend.

Awesome place.Called this company because they work on kia that not many companies can work on them now that there is not a certified kia center in the area. They were very helpful and gave me constant updates and patient with me. Other than the delivery of the engine they were prompt with the work. Thanks to them we got the telluride back and in great shape. Awesome place.

When our suburban wouldn't shift out of park and we were stuck at the library, I called in to schedule an appointment to drop off our vehicle. While on the phone with Courtney, I realized we wouldn't be able to tow it to the shop with the vehicle stuck in park. She offered to meet us at the library after hours to help us out. It was a super easy fix, just a small plastic piece that was falling apart that helps the shifter gear. With her quick thinking and kindness we were able to drive home 10 minutes later. I was impressed with her willingness to go above and beyond to help a total stranger! I will definitely be taking any of my future business to My Auto Doctor. Courtney is an amazing person, thank you for your help!!

My Auto Doctor was great to work with. The price was fair, but the honesty was even more refreshing. There was no -spin- no -up-sell- effort at all. We were driving through Odessa to get home in Tucson. Our car broke down. We found My Auto Doctor on google. Everyone was great! John helped us get our out of state part quickly! The owner Jeremy got us fixed and back on the road fast! They even fed us a great lunch! The waiting room and bathroom were clean and comfortable! And the shop was top of the line clean! Was expecting my repairs to take at least until next week, but got my car back later the same day. No surprise charges, everything is running great again. I took my 2015 Ram 1500 Eco Diesel in for the AC not cooling. Took work vehicle to dealership early morning. They put car on scope but could not diagnose in less than 4 days to 2 weeks minimum. Asked Jeremy to move vehicle to Premium Auto Care. These guys really helped me out of a jam. I threw a rod in my engine on a long road trip towing a boat, in the middle of the desert and had my Isuzu towed here. They diagnosed the truck (needed a new engine) and let me come back in a week or so to tow the truck and engine back home to Dallas. They gave me a fair price for the diagnosis, were friendly and accommodating, and did not charge me extra for the storage. A+ customer service!! UPDATE: Ended up selling the truck to a member of my owners group, and purchased another Vehicross. Always check oil levels on long road trips, even if it doesn't burn oil during city driving! Thanks again guys.
